Ok, the card is a PCI device. Will it work on your motherboard, yes. But for the life of me, why do you want? Your mother will take care Raid Sata Hard Drive 300, while the card will handle raid Sata 150 and IDE drives only. If you Raid configuration, using two new discs SATA drives, you will not regret it.
