How do I replace an Ethernet cable is broken?
One end of my long ethernet cable is broken and I am reluctant to replace the entire length of the cable (It works two floors below.) Is it possible to replace just the connector?
If the connector is the problem. Just go to your local hardware store and they usually have just one connector, but you have to take the 8 son the Ethernet cable into the connector. you may need to purchase a pro crimper. At the end I think it would be worthwhile. It will also come with directions. good luck!
