Does my 80gb laptop hard drive with bad sectors have any use, or should I dispose of it?
I have a 2.5" hard drive from a laptop in an external case. At least 10% of the sectors are reported as bad by various hard drive checking programs. So, is there any salvageable use for this drive, or do I just dispose of it at this point?

Could be useful for carrying around large files, but don't trust it with the only copy of anything.
